Refund Policy

1. Digital Vouchers

Vouchers, airtime, and other digital products purchased through Gridkind are delivered electronically immediately upon payment confirmation. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the voucher or code has been issued, except as set out below.

2. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you are charged but do not receive your voucher, airtime, or service due to a technical error, contact us via WhatsApp at +27 71 634 0281 with your payment reference. We will investigate and either deliver the correct item or process a full refund within 5–10 business days.

3. Grid Pot Contributions

Contributions made to a Grid Pot (including community gift campaigns) are intended to be pooled toward the stated community purpose. These contributions are generally non-refundable once made, as they may already have been allocated or disbursed. If a campaign is cancelled before funds are disbursed, contributors will be refunded in full.

4. Gifts Sent to Other Members

Once a gift voucher has been successfully delivered to a recipient, it cannot be reversed or refunded to the sender.

5. Incorrect Purchases

If you purchase the wrong item by mistake and the voucher has not yet been used or redeemed, contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp. We will assess on a case-by-case basis whether a refund or exchange is possible.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via our payment processor. Refund timing depends on your bank and is typically 5–10 business days from approval.
